It was then agreed that the Report of the Committee incorporating the foregoing amendments should be prepared and circulated for signature by the members, and would then be submitted to Government under cover of a letter from the Chairman calling attention to the Committee's conclusions.

CONCLUSION.

The meeting closed with the Chairman expressing on behalf of the Government great appreciation of the time devoted and trouble taken by the members of the Committee to conduct this Inquiry and to prepare their Report.
